Non-formal Education Center, under the Ministry of Education (MOE), is one of the central level technical and professional agencies responsible primarily for literacy and non-formal education. This organization was set up as a central level agency in 1999 with a vision of creating literate society so that every member of the society can make remarkable contribution to uplifting quality of life and in turn building nation.
